FIT (Females in Training) Club will help you start moving, get fit, and stay active by preparing for a 5K/10K walk or run. FIT Club is offered by PULSE, St. John’s Mercy women’s heart and vascular program, and led by health care professionals. Women of all ages and fitness levels will have plenty of support as they learn about injury prevention and heart health, nutrition tips and proper workout gear. FIT Club will also help you find fitness buddies to train with between sessions. Walkers and runners will cap off their training with a local run/walk. Spring 2010
